Our founder, Paul Esch, believes that giving back is an important piece of life, and the company shares those same values. Paul Esch was granted the honor in 2022 of being the Sacramento Business Journal’s Unsung Hero for his charitable work and donations.
AHA Alliance
CVC has partnered with the American Heart Association to bring an impact to our team and local communities. Through our partnership we support 3 local clinics, participate in the industrial athlete program which speaks on health issues facing the construction industry, education for employees on heart health, diabetes, and stroke.
Home for your Family
As of 2023, through our first time home buyers program, we have been able to help 33 employees purchase their first home. CVC wants to help our employees and their families purchase a home since they do such an amazing job of helping us build them!
Volunteers of America
CVC is very involved with several programs through Volunteers of America. One of the programs we support is a local family shelter. Every Christmas CVC employees donate and host a Christmas party for that shelter. The CVC team brings pizza, stocking, presents, and Santa to bring some holiday cheer each Christmas.
Cristo Rey High School
Cristo Rey is a high school that believes in gaining professional experience and applying that knowledge to the real world. Each semester CVC supports 2 interns who work in our office while they attend school. This partnership pays part of their tuition to go to this wonderful school.
Other Charities
CVC believes in giving back to our communities and helping those who need a hand up. We participate in golf tournaments sponsoring CASA, Home Aid, and many other charities. CVC has also donated our time and resources for different charities through construction projects. Recently CVC helped build a home that was auctioned off to raise funds for Saint Jude’s Children’s research hospital.
